Following something without evidence is called faith.
Faith is not a virtue.
You do not use faith in other aspects of your life why do it in your religion.
The point is there is no evidence for the existance of God, Allah or by any other name.
The quotation of passages from the Qur'an is not proof of the existance of God.
There is definite proof that Mohammed wrote the Qur'an.
BUT there is no evidence that he was inspired or in contact with any divine being.
using the Qur'an to prove the existance of God is like proving dragons by quoting Harry Potter.
When you are told that Allah did this and Allah did that. Ask yourself could it have been done by the Flying Spaghetti Monster? (Google).
If the answer is yes as it always will be, then it is not proof of the existance of a God.
