As Salaam 'Alaykum

The Prophet salAllahu alayhi wasallam said:, "There are two blessings which many people waste: (They are) Health and free time for doing good." Bukhari Book 8 Vol 76 Hadith 421

”Take advantage of five matters before five other matters: your youth before you become old; your health, before you fall sick; your wealth, before you become poor; your free time before you become preoccupied, and your life, before your death.” (Narrated by Ibn Abbas in the Mustadrak of Hakim & Musnad Imam Ahmad, see Saheeh al-Jaami’, no. 1077.)

Most people don't value their health until they lose it.. take care of your body a blessing of Allah, it has right upon you, he salAllahu Alayhi wasallam said: "..Fast for a few days and give up fasting for a few days because your body has a right on you, and your eye has a right on you.." Sahih al Bukhari Book 8 Vol 73 Hadith 155

There are many benefits of fruits and vegetables for increases our red blood cells we eat fruits and vegetables regularly, take some little exercise it will help you in keeping healthy. Yes one more thing is morning walk which is very important for everyone you can greensmok which is highly useful for lungs also it makes your mind refresh and active.
